Hubungan Perilaku Konsumsi Fast Food dengan Kualitas Tidur pada Remaja di SMAN 1 Jayapura

Nowadays, teenagers often consume fast food which disrupts their sleep duration, so that fast food consumption behavior in teenagers can affect their sleep quality. This type of research is quantitative, using a descriptive analytical research design with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in the study were 1029 students in grade X and XI at SMA Negeri 1 Jayapura. The sample size in this study was 122 students in grade X and XI at SMA Negeri 1 Jayapura with sampling using Proportional Random Sampling. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Chiss-square test. From this study, the results of the respondent questionnaire for fast food consumption behavior who often consume fast food were 15 respondents (12.3%). The results of the questionnaire for sleep quality who got poor sleep quality were 100 respondents (82.0%). The statistical results of the Chiss-square test for fast food consumption behavior with adolescent sleep quality obtained a P Value of 0.622 (> 0.05) meaning (Ho) is accepted, namely there is no relationship between fast food consumption behavior and adolescent sleep quality.
