Peer Review Proces
All articles submitted to the Journal of Health, Education, Economics, Science, and Technology (J-HEST) undergo an initial Desk Review and preliminary evaluation by members of the Editorial Board. During this stage, manuscripts are assessed for alignment with the journal's focus and scope, originality, adherence to author guidelines, and compliance with plagiarism thresholds.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent expert peer reviewers through a Double-Blind Peer Review process. Under this review system, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain strictly anonymous to ensure utmost objectivity, fairness, and scientific integrity.
The peer review process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. Based on the reviewers' evaluations, the Editorial Board will issue a final publication decision classified into one of the following:

Accept Submission (Accepted as is)

Revisions Required (Accepted with minor or major revisions)

Resubmit for Review (Requires substantial revision and a secondary review cycle)
